My name is Fatima, and I am a student at Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Languages and Translation, specializing in English Simultaneous Interpretation. I have spent 14 years studying at Al-Azhar, where I also completed a Teacher Qualification Course for Non-Arabic Speakers with excellent results, covering Tajweed, Noor Al-Bayan, Islamic Studies, and Quranic teaching.
I hold an Ijazah in the Quran, both Shu’bah and Hafs ‘an ‘Asim, which allows me to guide students with authenticity and care. I teach students from age five and above, focusing on non-Arabic speakers, including children from diverse nationalities residing in the United States.
My teaching approach is interactive and simplified, combining practical and theoretical methods to make lessons engaging and effective. I am especially patient with children and focus on nurturing a love for the Quran and the Arabic language. I strive to make every lesson friendly, enjoyable, and confidence-building.
Working with students from different cultural backgrounds has taught me how to adapt to each student’s unique needs. I aim to provide support while encouraging active participation and consistent progress.
At Sister Nourhan Academy, I am honored to help students develop strong Quranic skills and a deeper connection to their faith. If you are ready to begin your Quran journey with patience, clarity, and care, I would be happy to guide you. Reserve your class today and start learning with confidence.
