Tutor Asmaa Essam Tantawy

My name is Asmaa Essam Tantawy. Teaching the Quran has been my life’s passion. I graduated from Al-Azhar University, Faculty of Islamic Studies, Arabic Language Department, and hold multiple certified Ijazahs, including Qira’ah of ‘Asim by both narrators, Hafs and Shu’bah, Al-Jazariyyah and Tuhfat al-Atfal in Tajweed, and Nour al-Bayan and Al-Nouraniyyah for Quranic reading.

With over 12 years of experience in Quran memorization and teaching, and more than six years specializing in non-Arabic speakers, I have guided hundreds of students from diverse backgrounds. Many began without knowing Arabic letters. With patience and structured guidance, they now read fluently, apply Tajweed confidently, and have memorized multiple Juz’ by Allah’s grace.

My teaching approach is clear, step-by-step, and personalized to each student’s pace. I teach in both Arabic and English, using interactive tools like visual aids, games, and structured activities. Every lesson is designed to build Quranic skills while nurturing a love for the Quran and Islamic understanding.
